The office also hosts in-person meetings for clients in Windsor Essex and southwestern Ontario. Strategy and delivery run from both offices: Hayden Bond leads the work from Aiea, Hawaii, and Ben Puzzuoli leads business development from LaSalle. Canadian clients get a contact in their own time zone and a team that has worked in Canadian markets for two decades; everyone else gets the same first call, just from the Eastern time zone.

Ben Puzzuoli is Partner and Director of Business Development at Plate Lunch Collective and leads sales across all of the agency's markets. He has spent 25 years building and selling software in Windsor Essex, including Robobak, acquired by KineticD in 2011, and Cayzu, the help desk platform he still runs with his partners.
