Structured Snippet
A structured snippet is an add-on to a Google search ad that lists a few things a business offers under a set heading, like Service catalog followed by a short list of services. Structured snippets show beneath a text ad, can't be clicked, and appear only when Google Ads predicts they'll help the ad perform better.

What Structured Snippet means for your business
Older guides call them structured snippet extensions. Google Ads now calls them assets. You pick a heading from Google's fixed list (Brands, Neighborhoods, Service catalog, Types and a few more), then add the items that fit under it. Google's help page says a heading and items that don't match is the most likely reason a snippet gets turned down. Adding them costs nothing extra, and Google Ads can write them for you if you switch on its dynamic version.
If you meant the answer box at the top of the regular results, that's a featured snippet. Review stars and recipe details under a normal result are rich results. Google also used the name in 2014 for a few facts pulled from tables on a page and shown inside a regular result.
This is a paid search term, so it sits at the edge of what we do. We'd still look at yours, because the list under the heading is a plain statement of what you sell. If your ads list services that your own pages barely explain, writing a clear page for each one is where our answer engine work would start.
